Privacy notice
Applies to participants of ČEZ Zadovská 5ka, Saturday 24 October 2026, Churáňov ski stadium, Zadov.
This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version of these terms prevails.
What we process and why

Who has access to the data
We pass the data only to those who help us put the race on: the naZávody registration system, SportSoft timekeeping, our website and e-mail providers, the event photographers and camera crew, and the medics on site. We do not pass personal data to the partners of the event. Photos published on social media (Instagram, Facebook) may also be stored outside the EU under the terms of those services.
Photos and video
There is photography and filming at the race. We use the footage to report on and promote ČEZ Zadovská 5ka and its future editions on the website, on social media, in the press and in the promotional materials of the event. If you do not want to be photographed, tell us at check-in. If you find yourself in a particular photo and do not want it published, write to us and we will take it down from our own channels. Materials already printed cannot be recalled.
Your rights
- to obtain access to your data and a copy of it,
- to ask for correction or erasure,
- to ask for restriction of processing and for data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest (for example to a photo or a result being published),
- to withdraw consent at any time – this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Just write to bara@zadovska5ka.cz, and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
